Alterhumanity and sexuality/gender? (also species transition?)

Does your alterhumanity affect your sexual orientation or gender identity? Or influence anything?

Do you want to transition your body to resemble that of your species? Similar to gender transition but with ur species? (Have u had surgeries, body mods, or anything else to resemble ur species more?)
