New Hair ( ⸝⸝´ ᵕ `⸝⸝) HALP

Hello friends ₍₍⚞(˵˃ ᗜ ˂˵)⚟⁾⁾

So i want to dye my hair. I used to dye it a ton, like since preschool, my hair has had color in it. The last year i took a break from dyeing it so much, besides one appointment to pull a lot of the pink out and give me some highlights. That was actually the first time I have ever gone in to get my hair done. But alsa! i am ready to start dying it again since i also have a job that allows it, and now i really don't know how to go about it or anything. I also need help choosing the color! 

My hair right now is mostly blonde, besides my roots, which are a dirty blonde. I also have the tiniest, faintest hint of pink. I want to try and avoid bleaching as much as i can, but I understand if that is not possible, i just haven't dyed my hair in forever because i had a bad scare with bleaching. I also would not be doing this myself; I'll probably have someone there to help me!
