Hi so i am kind of new to lolita and i know there are some guidelines the thing is i am also chronically ill and in a weelchair so is it ok if i sometimes don`t wear petticoat to my dresses or no headpice? also what are your thoughts on OPs i like them more than JSKs

It is totally ok to not wear a petticoat, especially if it's because you use a wheelchair! The rules are mostly there as guidelines, if you have to break one or two that's alright!
When I first got into the fashion I liked OPs way more but now I prefer JSKs because there are more ways to style them. ^_^
