2000s Visual Novels

Hey everyone, 

is there any good console releases from the 2000s?

 I have Played a few before but been kind of stuck on what to get next. 

I am kind of a nerd and for the most part only own older consoles like the Ps2, Ps3, Wii and PSP. 

Does anyone have some good VN suggestions for those consoles?

Steam recommendations are appreciated aswell! :)
