Any other vampire media?

Ever since I watched Hellsing, I subconsciously began to look for more vampire media, such as games and books.. Not sure why, since I'm not especially interested in vampires, but I guess the general aspects related to vamps, such as castles, sick capes, dark clothes and etc.
So far I've played some Castlevania games (Dracula X, Aria of Sorrow & Symphony of the Night) and I'm looking to get the physical copy of Dracula and of Carmilla.

Have you watched/played/read any vampire stuff other than Hellsing? If so, please share! I'm always open to experiencing new things.

I know a few!

There's Trinity Blood, which has mid anime (it was okay for me) and manga, but originally, it's series of beautifully illustrated light novels. It's in post-apocalyptic world where vampires exist, main characters are special agents from Vatican which are trying to maintain fragile peace, and also one of the main characters is a vampire who drinks the blood of vampires. It has some similarity with Hellsing. You can find everything online.

Fevre Dream is book by George R. R. Martin, it's about a steamship on Mississippi which has two capitaines - one is a vampire.

Necroscope by Lumley is about a man who has ability to communicate with dead, but vampires also play a huge role in this series.

Empire of the Vampire is first book of series in fantasy dark-ages world where vampires are assuring a power, it has a big religious imagery and its finally good vampire medium after whatever Twilight did with vampire genre.

The Vampire Tapestry is a novel from 1980, it follows a lonely vampire who is trying to learn who and what vampire really is.

Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust is a great anime movie following a dhampir in post-apocalyptic world. It has really beautiful images. I also read few manga adaptations, they were good.

Mars Red is manga (and anime, but I only read manga) about vampires in Japan in 1930's.

The new adaptation of Nosferatu is a good movie.

Woa!! Thank you so much for the suggestions! I'll look into those books n stuff. I found a good translation of Trinity Blood in my native language online, and the light novel really has some amazing illustrations!! I think I'll read some of it later today.

I also have found a copy of "The Vampire Tapestry" online to read.. though I tend to read very slowly, so it might take a while for me to finish it. @_@

As for the other books.. I'll look into them later. I guess I'll have a good sized list of books for me to read next year.. Not that I'm complaining, though. Thank you so much!
