Historical Trace Of First Generation Early Christianity

I've been studying both historical and theological sides of Christianity yet i have come to the conclusion that nobody knows what kind of Church we had for the first time.

Eastern Orthodox Friends Say; All Seven Churches of Revelation is in Anatolia/Turkey (i.e Ephesus)

Catholic People Say The History is lost so they only know their times.

As for my Main Purpose of Making This Form, The Question is Why can't we have any trace of Early Church or the Apostles without proper Evidence of their Culture & Tradition's Existence?
