It's going to sound clichéd, but you need a schedule. Use two calendars: one for the whole month (our term) and the other for a weekly calendar, so you can add specific details to the days.
Add your classes and your work schedule to your monthly calendar and paint/mark the rest of the days with a bright color so you can see right away what day off you have.
Also, give yourself a limited time to do your chores, for example:
around 7:00 am --- wake up and eat
Somewhere between 8:00 am and 9:00 am, I have to do homework
Free time --- 11:00 am until 1:50
Somewhere between 2:00 pm and 2:30 pm, I have to get out of the house and go grocery shopping
Free time --- 4:00 pm until 5:30 pm
6:00 pm --- work
10:00 pm --- shower, TV, eat.
Planning this way is easier cause I can visualize what I have to do. In this situation, now that I have planned my day, I see that there is an unnecessary gap between my tasks. I could move my grocery shopping early, around 11:00 am or later 5:00 pm, so my free time would add up instead of being split throughout my day, so now I can have more time to go out with my friends or just take some time to myself. Its not gonan work very well in the first week cause you are not used to, but as soon as you get consistent with your planning it will change the way you do things
