If you've already read the Cruel Prince trilogy, Blood Mercy is pretty good. The worldbuilding is what really attracted me but it is a romance.

Six of crows. It’s not really romance centered but the romance there is very good and the story is too (at least I remember it that way, I read it many years ago). 

I also recently read Yumi and the Nightmare Painter and it was nice (I felt it was too hyped up but still enjoyable)
