im on a dimension 8300 designed for XP but i kinda want somthing a lil more modern obv not anything higher then 7 because it wont run or it looks lik CRAP i still want a retro ish look right now im on 7 but areo wont work cuz my 2003 grahpic card BUT it does work on vista but vista is also CRAP so i dont know if i should just stick with XP

A machine intended for WinXP?! Try either Haiku or something like antiX Linux. Your operating system is probably chock-full of malware by now anyway.

rn im on xp and also theres no malware cuz i dont downlod anything and i and have a anti virus and the way im changin os i dont think malware could even have time to get on hereand also i am NOT goin to linux
