alicia is not dead!

Trying a new private server called Memories of Alicia!

According their dc server it’s been opened since November but I found out it few days ago from a member of my guild lol

It’s so pleasant to come back to the game after a very big hiatus! though there’s some differences that aren’t the best decisions I guess. well, I’m gonna play some matches tomorrow to share all my thoughts and experience here

yeah. a 2010s game not a 2000s

I was searching for anime styled MMO games back in 2019 like mabinogi or pangya. then I found out that the developer of pangya had this game and I fell in love with the gameplay cuz I love races hahaha 

well.. I’d played memories of Alicia and this is my short review!

now there’re no levels, coins and gems your account is not that important now. you can use codes for everything you want: a good horse, every type of clothes, armor and other stuff. you can even set really ridiculous parameters for horse lol haha. there’s lots of bugs. The magic doesn’t work correctly so you can just run through the ice or when you’re stunned you don’t lose your magic. races become messy and unfair because of the wrong random algorithm and etc etc etc… I’d be tired if I wrote all errors on the server. They rlly have a lot of work to do and I hope they can handle it. 

My own opinion is that I rlly enjoy the process after the long break.. but I think that it lost sense. I mean it’s more interesting to play the game when you can lvl up, save up money or gems for cool clothing, get horses on your own!! when you don’t need to achieve it, it becomes kinda boring. So I hope they’ll develop game content and add more features it would be great 

Thank you horrifying Osaka for your review. I love that this is a horse race MMO! I think another popular indie studio also made a similar recent game (it has drifting horses and knights and jousting but that's another thing that's unrelated.) I've never played mmos like this (pangya, o2jam, Ragnarok) and I'm always curious about them so this was a delight to know about!
