scene style // questions

little context:

for NYE im throwing a 'back to the 2000s' themed. I decided i would go with 2000s scene/emo style because i didn't get to experiment with that style when i was a teenager. (i was listening to bullet for my valentine and those bands and she immediately threw me in soccer)

The question is; i've been looking at photos for makeup/hair insp but for some reason im really struggling. kind of embarrassing to ask but anyone have tips/tricks for makeup and what not
