Sorry if someone wrote something similar and I didn't realize, but with the 2nd movie releasing today (december 5th), how do y'all feel about the franchise?
I know some people didn't like the first one when it came to scariness, but I personally feel like there's reasons to it being that way. I still got to enjoy it though!

Ill agree that the fnaf movies arent that scary but other than that they are pretty entertaining, granted i think i enjoyed it so much cuz i went with friends but its a good movie, not the best but certaintly not the worst

i saw the first FNAF movie in-theaters, with my brother and a close friend; while none of us really found the movie scary, we had a wonderful time ! it was a really fun experience as someone who's a fan of the series (although, i will admit, i dont really remember the plot.. the biggest thing that sticks in my mind was TLT/The Living Tombstone's FNAF 1 song playing in the credits, which felt unreal to hear in a movie theatre.)
i havent watched the second movie yet, although ive heard that its really good as a FNAF experience, but not so much as a movie-watcher experience.. i hope i can decide for myself, sometime soon (￣-￣*)ゞ

Honestly they were kind of interesting considering they got greenlit in the first place, but when it really comes down to it, they are stuffed so full of fan service that it kind of degrades the actual storytelling and plot control. The second movie was straight up a mess tho. They changed lots of things and relied too heavily on the game lore and the audience's ability to understand it without explanation. Not to mention the quality of the movies is subpar at best. I was pretty disappointed tbh, but they are still a fun time if you don't think too much about the mistakes and obvious cash grabs.
