Does anyone remember CarnEvil?

A while back I was watching a couple of videos on this one arcade shooter game called, "CarnEvil" and I sort of went down a rabbit hole with the content from the game. I personally really like the theming of the game itself and wished that I could get my hands on a playable version, (which will probably never happen but oh well). I also really enjoyed the world-building as well and I wish that even for an arcade game, it would go deeper into the characters and their motives. 

Even though CarnEvil is quite literally just a one-off arcade game about evil clowns or whatever I still really wish for a remastered version of sorts. 

Anyways what do you guys think? About world building, the mechanics, the story, etc?
