I know Adobe Flash is dead but it seems that other softwares have stepped in and taken its place considering most of the games on CoolMathGames and other sites still work just fine.
As a kid, I remember times where I actually played Flash games for hours and days - even more than real games on my consoles. Upon looking back, most of them are just "click the stickman and he hangs himself". However, there were actually plenty of surprisingly good gems that I wish stuck around in other forms.
What were your favorite Flash games?
I think you needed Flash to run Club Penguin so I guess I'll count that. But I think my favorites are Bloons Tower Defense (which has now become a mobile game as well), Territory War, and Electric Man 2 (there was never an Electric Man 1). I also really liked Fancy Pants, Super Smash Flash, and RUN.
I remember there was one really old Flash game where you could make your own Mario level way before Mario Maker came out and I spent hours on that. There were a lot of fun ones like that where it would be a version of a game that already exists with additions - like Super Mario Crossover where you go through the first Super Mario game playing as Link or Mega Man or whoever else.
