Can't wait for his banner, already collected 227 pulls + already guaranteed and 70 on event + 60 on weapon. Curious if he would need his BiS that much or he'll be fine with some 4 star instead.

In the waiting room with you ♡ I have him guaranteed too and don't plan to pull on the weapon banner (many other characters to save up for). Moonweaver's dawn (the random free weapon on the scion of the frostmoon scions quest) is good for him apparently. Good luck with your pulls though !!! :)
