Can someone help me with figuring out code for a specific pfp shape? [closed]

I really want my pfp to have a specific shape, I know lots of people have customized pfp shapes but I can't find anything for how to do what I wanna do? I want my pfp to show up circular and scalloped, like the image I attatched as an example, and I wanna be able to put a solid border around it that follows the shape. I'm really bad with code and relatively new to it and I've figured out some stuff overtime but this is out of my league... The example I posted is just an idea of what I wan't I don't need that many scallops on mine in fact this pic actually has a few too many for me personally but it was just what i found online!! DX
