so is the layouts section ever coming back

If I had to give my honest thoughts on this? Probably. But not this year, maybe like... Next year.

Obviously, the reason is understandable, but to keep it down for a whole year (potentially two years?) is just absurd. If it were really that big of an issue, I do think they should've just added a verification system for mods / An to test it and see if it should go up or not (though the owner is a whole other can of worms according to some users that I personally wouldn't get into).

TLDR; It kind of sucks that everybody's being punished for a few bad apples, especially for this long.
