The school captain is bullying me

This has actually been going for a while now, around 2 months i think, but to this moment i ignored it. After PE in the changing room she started the topic, by saying i talk to much to the guys in my class (my friends btw) and because of that im acting like a pick me. I laughed it off, until she said  ,,Who do you think is the most slutty in the whole school?''

Wow. That is just the start of the iceberg, because later on she started listing girls from my school harshly insulting them bad names INCLUDING ME. During that her friends joined mocking me.

I wouldn't care if they talked like this behind my back, because it's not my problem what they think about me, but the fact they talked like this when I WAS IN THE ROOM is just so f**king messed up.

I already told that my closest friends, but what are they supposed to do? Beat her up? I dont think so.

Do you have any ideas what I should do in this situation? (Excluding telling the teacher)

I completely understand how you feel. I went through bullying too, mostly because of how I looked. The person used to call me ugly, and for a while I stayed quiet, but eventually I decided to confront them directly when they were alone. That moment really helped me take back my confidence.

It depends on how bad the situation is, but sometimes facing them calmly can make them realize you are not afraid. And if it feels too heavy or unsafe, lean on the people who truly care about you, like close friends, family, or anyone you trust. You do not have to handle it alone.

It is not easy, I know. Bullying can really hurt your self-esteem, but believe me, you can overcome it. Little by little, you will start to see that what they say says more about them than about you. Stay strong, you deserve respect.

telling the teacher and your parents. idc if it's cringe, do it until you can. it'll not stop.

honestly getting bullied in school sucked and made my life miserable and i still have issues from it after graduating but I've been out of school for over a year now and i blocked every single person that I knew from school and I've realized that none of that really matters they'll all forget about you like you never existed and you can finnaly move on with your life.
