I was using my sewing machine to fix a drawstring that ripped when it started making a weird kinda rattling sound. I think the bobbin case is loose? I tried cleaning the shuttle but it didn't fix the sound. what do I do?

i dont have this same machine sorry but whenever mine has an issue i just watch as many youtube tutorials as i can and usually find some way to fix it !! or Try searching for the manual on Google !!
