my older brother introduced me to weird al & would burn cd's for me to listen to. i've actually heard most of weird al's parodies before the original songs, and whenever i hear the originals, i always think of weird al's version first lmao. i remember being stunned by the hardware store song though (one of his rarer originals) because of the really long part where he lists off a bunch of tools and homeware appliances lol. those goofy songs were one of the few things that kept me together way back then haha.

Weird Al is great! Recently got to watch Weird: The Al Yankovic Story and finding it was a pain in the ass because I'm not in America, but it sure was worth it!
