I completely deGoogled myself, well almost!

the only thing that is still doesn't let me to delete my Google account is YouTube; 

I learnt like all my skills in there, languages i know, programming, everything. I prefer self-studying and YouTube is the best!

so if i remove it from my life, it would be hard, like I don't care if i got to take a few extra step for a cost of switching to a non-mainstram platform, but I didn't find any good alternates for YouTube,

I tried rumble, but it was so basic and with a lot of American political stuff, not many learning contents,

and I couldn't even use peertube LOL.







The only real alternate i found was using real books and blogs, which actually is cool!

but some of my favorite YouTubers doesn't have a string blog or Website;

for instance

Veritasium has a good website that upload their videos there, its still youtube, but you can see it without an account i guess (can I? maybe I can now because i Have an account...)

but my other favorite ppl like Vsauce doesn't have a strong website....

what stuff you do to avoid YouTube?

and oh another thing, i wanna upload videos in future, for my blog, i want a video service, since youtube is permanent, it's ideal, but i wanna know what other options are possible...

Yeah honestly, I was once in the same epiphany, I thought the same exact thing, it was only my father who stopped me from doing it, he told me something along the lines of: there is no reason to delete youtube, yes there's some shit on there, but just don't watch it, Youtube was created for people to learn things and to form online connection. Yes, people lived without it before, but we live in differnet times than before, just because it is online, it doesn't neccesarily mean it's bad, it's a beautiful tool thats acesssible to all of us. So yeah, hope that helps!

yeah, you know, as i was thinking, its actually a great tool and platform, but i don't like how it's flooded with contents now days, i don't care about bad things there, I just don't like the amount of stuff that is there, i think there should be small platform like spacehey for a video service that ppl start sharing stuff again, like YouTube was at some point, where they just wanted to share, you know without algorithm and stuff
