does anyone know how to make animated cursors work.. i have one on my page (from cursors-4U)but its not animating. is this possible or is it undoable

ive tried a bunch of different animated cursors too and none of them worked for me :( i think it might be a spacehey issue or outdated cursors? i hope they update soon or someone finds a workaround D;
