☆ Thriftflip ideas?? ☆

My school did a thrift day where we had to exchange used chlotes and i got this skirt, thinking i could sew or DIY something with it

But it’s been more than 3 months and i still have no idea of what to do. My first thought was to do layered ruffles skirt but i dont think heres enough fabric to do that 

The skirt measures 49cm in length (4.5 is from the waistband) and is about 46cm wide
