World idea and ocs

I got an idea a while ago, and I really need to develop it cause without bragging I think it's prety cool :33

Context of the world:

In
2029 a huge meteorite crashed in the Egypt (maybe Sinai desert but I'm
not sure yet), it destroyed the country and partially destroyed the
pyramids. The meteorite was almost 10km in diameter, its composition is
unknown buut as soon as it touched earth it released cold, freezing
everywhere around it and changing the climate. Every country has been
touched by this climate chnage but obviously some more than others (due
to the proximity of the crash). THe meteorite like all do broke and its
part impacted countries around egypt and others smaler meteorite hit
earth as well (damaging but far from the impact the main one had).

Consequences
-> 3 billion people died because of the initial crash, of the cold
and of the crisis itself (lots of gov fell down and anarchy popped in).

->
Deserts are almost all cold deserts now (maybe exception, I need to
work on that) and snow is almost a daily thing in forest/ spaces that
had a moderate climat before the catastrophy.

Context of the present time: 

72
years later, so in 2101, the global population is still decreasing
because the living conditions are NOT getting better but humans have
built little communities again to survive. The less touched country
sometimes still have government but for the main part the human
civilisation is now small cities and villages trying to survive. Because
of the catastrophy lots of technological innovations were lost and we
are lacking scientific etc.. so those little communities almost are
autarkies (that's an exageration but i hope its understandable) because
they can't/ don't communicate well.

(The story is located is western Europe, between France and Poland) 

He
is a Robot, he was built by a mad scientist wanting to create a new
human, a stronger human that could survive these terrible times and
rebuild the world. The scientist is polish and his lab is located there
too.

But he created a robot, not a human and since he's mad mad he thought : if the robot has skin and organs then he'll be human!!

The
scientist and robot lived near a remaining city in Poland (I don't know
which yet), so the scientist tricked people into coming to his lab by
promising them a job, money just a better life in general and skinned
them (mostly) and took organs for the robot. He skinned people "that
didn't matter" in society eyes : elderly, isolated, jobless, minorities
(people of color, certain ethnicities, queer people -> because racism
and queerphobia rose a lot since the crisis). 

Even though those
people didn't matter, the authorities started noticing the disappearance
of many citizens (it took A LOT of disappearances to notice) and found
out about the doctor and they killed him. They tried attacking and
destroying the robot but nothing really worked (fire for exemple just
burnt the skin but that is all) so they left scared of the robot's
strenght and durability.

The robot while being built talked a lot
with the people that his creator tricked, he learnt songs, feeling, he
discovered the outside world through their eyes and that had made him
develop sensitivity and a sort of empathy (maybe it doesn't make sense
but shh). 

The scientist almost told him that those people were
consensual and that it didn't kill them so, the robot naively believed
his creator. But after the scientist died, the robot was lost and
explored around, trying to find his friends, someone, anyone and he
found all the corpses in a pit/mass grave.

The robot is devastated
and leave his home, wandering relentlessly in Europe (from Poland and
walkinf towards France). He hates himself, he hates what his creator
made him, he just wants to be human and to belong. 

(A sad though: the only human parts he "owns" is the skin of isolated people and hated people just like he hates himself)

Oc: French dude

I
have soo little on him, he's 32, atleast around that and he doesn't
shave a lot. He will find the robot are care for him (because after all
the wanders he's damaged) and they made group

OC : Munkh (its written different but I don't have the right keyboard for it)

He's
a twelve year old boy from Mongolia (born there, its his nationality)
he was shepherd there, and then he left (i need to work on why he left, i
have a few ideas but they're not well developped) 

He only speaks mongolian and he has a cool stick, he also has a dog.

He joins the group after the robot.

The three of them stay together and try to survive

coming cause I already have some event/actions ideas but this was just a
presentation post!!!
