What‘s the size of a hextech gemstone?

I don‘t think there‘s a canon size specified in cm/inches. The only information is that it can be held in your hands easily and it‘s frustrating. 

Every way I‘ve tried to meassure it wasn‘t accurate because it wasn‘t leaning on the canon aspects.
