I'm only about five hours into the game. I'm really enjoying the Battle Royale way more than I thought I would. I haven't gotten to the megas yet. I've got a few complaints, but overall it's been fun so far.
For those who have the game, what do you think of it so far?

I've been busy so I'm not very far in at all, but I'm enjoying it! I was a bit disappointed at first that it wasn't like Arceus's ball throwing system, but it's still fun, and I enjoy how fast paced the battling is. It's always a breath of fresh air when they put a new spin on Pokemon, and even lesser used moves from the main games get to shine in a new light

No worries! I'm not very far in it as well. Also your characters outfit is so cool! Idk how I missed that overall set?? Which shopping location did you get it from?
The new battle system for sure makes it feel very fresh, which makes up for some of my concerns regarding the map.

According to Serebii, I got the "Big-Logo Overalls Set / Black Claw" from Glammor Sporti in Passage Ombragé - Rouge District for 7000 pokedollars. It's so hard to clothes shop in this game, there are so many stores and each one has such little selection spend so long going through them all and can't coordinate an outfit in one store alone

I haven't been playing a lot recently, since I've been playing Runescape at the moment cause of an event. But It's pretty damn good. I got the whole thing man including the DLC. It's the littlest things but, I like that the game encourages you to think with attacks that you normally wouldn't use as combos with damage.

The new battle system really has been refreshing. While the Pokemon company and Gamefreak have made a lot of disappointing decisions in recent years, I feel they are for sure pushing the limits of battling in a lot of positive ways. Building teams for raids in scarlet and violet rather than typical competitive teams was fun. I feel similarly about Legends ZA
