what are sum good platforms to publish my stories?

hi !! i rlly wanna publish my stories since they've been rotting in my drafts for a year now, but i dunno where. i also don't wanna publish them in random sites i find cuz they might get stolen. i've tried wattpad previously, and nothing happened cuz most of the literature posted there is full of the romance and smut genre. my stories are psychological fantasies, and fantasy stories aren't really popular nowadays unless they are rooted in romance or if you're already a popular writer. someday, i wanna be one of those popular writers who can turn the stories of their imagination into real, tangible books. my aspirations are still far, since i'm young and unexperienced. but, i still want to make something of myself. i don't aspire to only be known in online platforms, i aspire to be known worldwide. and, finding good platforms to publish my stories would be a huge help. yes, i don't want to be limited to only being popularized in online platforms, but this is the only way i can possibly be closer to my dreams. 

this isn't ragebait, i really need good platforms :(
