Where do I ask for code help? I am in need of help

I don't know where I'm supposed to ask this so I'm asking here.

I'm new to spacehey and don't remotely know how to code. Given I have no idea what I'm doing, I have done well with my profile - even when following tutorials and videos, I don't always get the same result though - but I am having some strange issues.

I have been incoporating some elements of "pink internetcore anime + computer style layout" by Sybilz Layouts in my profile but after deleting what should be irrelevant as far as I'm aware, two sections of code which were working fine, now aren't.

If someone could discuss some of my code with me - that would be great. In some cases, the only reason I know what some code does is because I compare what my profile looks like before and after adding/removing code.
