Isn't This Magnificent?

The stained glass window with crucifix, altar, and statues of Mary and Jesus of St. Ignatius Catholic Church, a parish under the Diocese of Manado. Stained glass windows and statues are probably the most common features about Catholic churches, although they are optional, but the altar and crucifix are obligatory.

Magnificent, isn't it, the stained glass windows? I really love it. The aesthetics of the Catholic Church, its visual arts, are truly aesthetic. Although I am not a Catholic Christian nor a theist, I am an art lover and I do not and will never deny this fact. They really know how to represent abstract religious beliefs.

Of course, the use of these symbols is not free from rejection or even conflict, not only from other religions but also from within Christianity itself. But, throughout history, humans have always needed symbolism, especially for religions. So, in this case, always respect the symbols of the Catholic Church or Christianity in general.
