How to make (or FIX) a loading screen for my layout :-(

Heyyy, so I'm kind of bad at layouts and stuff, and I have been trying to make my own layout with a loading screen, but it doesn't work. The same with autoplay music LOL
I copy and pasted every type of like layout for them and used my own gif, but it seems like it doesnt work. Is my gif too long? Is it because I typed something wrong?

Here's what I have currently in the about me and yeah 



Help is really, and I mean REALLY apreciated. Sorry if my English is messy, I don't speak English that fluently.

The first thing I noticed is you copied the site link instead of the direct gif link. Replace the gif link with this:
https://media1.tenor.com/m/PABaoQRMp5EAAAAd/reverse-1999-schneider.gif

And let me know if it works :-)
