IKHRAS (hardcore)
not as local but Dire Thorns (nu-death metal)
other newer bands i like:
of eden (emocore)
at first, at first (screamo/post hardcore)
ashes at last (crabcore)
rev3rent boo poser band who caresss (deathcore)
destroy all!humans (deathcore)
