Anyone else enjoy adding fruit to their chicken salad?

I've always been a fan of the classic chicken salad, but recently I tried this Fruity Fran version that includes grapes and apples.

At first, I was skeptical about mixing fruit with chicken, but the sweetness actually balances the savory flavors really well. It was a refreshing change from the usual.

I’m curious—do you enjoy adding fruit to your chicken salad? Any favorite combinations or tips to make it work?

I don't really enjoy cold chicken salads, but apples and baked chicken go really well together! Slice up some apples, put them under the chicken breast, and bake 'em. They get really soft like potatoes and the sweetness pairs well with a paprika focused seasoning mix. OTHER COMMON MIXES!!! Pineapples and beef, pineapples and ham, peaches with pork, raspberry and pork, apricot and chicken, etc.
It's a great way to introduce more fruits in your diet, even if baking them kinda ruins the nutirtional value LOL
