my poor neighbor's cat

i have a neighbor that has tons of cats. They dont live inside their house all the time. Those cats really likes to walk around my house too. Because theres railroad track near our neighborhood its not rare to me to see their cats one by one got hit by a train there. My parents once told my neighbor to keep their cats safe. 

A few weeks ago, the little kitten I usually play with was hit by a train. Luckily, she didn't die. but lost a leg. I feel so sorry for hee because my neighbor didn't take her to the vet and only gave her leg a bandage that was almost coming off. and yes  today that bandage is coming off. I STILL CAN SEE THE BLOOD DRIPPING DOWN HER LEG... THIS BREAKS MY HEART..... they said 'if i keep her inside her cage she'll be sad'.. 🧍🏽‍♀️

i wanna keep her sm but i know they will never let me. my parents wont let me keep any pets besides fish too tho.. :((
