is there a way to change how the home page looks? [closed]

i already know how to change my personal blog page and all that but i was wondering if there was any way to make the homepage look different as well?? like how some people make their blog posts/bulletins have a different background. 

i've looked through a bunch of settings but if it's it not an option at all someone please let me know </3

(and i don't know if this question has already been asked on here i wasn't able to find anything,,,)

edit: thanks GOAT (╥﹏╥) i only want to be able to see it for myself not change it for everyone else (youre right that would be chaotic) but i dont know enough about coding though maybe one day
