A few Nine-Inch-Nails songs have a "spooky" feel to them, but I wouldn't call them as a whole 'halloween-ish,' haha.

The band HIM, ghost, certain my chemical romance songs (dead! Cemetery drive, vampires will never hurt you, etc etc, mainly songs off "bullets"), Evanescence, ghost town, and uhhh I forgor :P
