How to update windows 7/vista?

hey, i ama frequent user of the OS windows 7 and windows vista, i am just not sure how to update it lowk. i have tried "legacy update" and it worked on windows 7 but not vista. please gimme some suggestions!!!! Thanks!!!!! (yes i am sending this on windows vista)

don't really have an answer to your question, but i'm so curious

how do you have vista still working??? i thought most applications ended vista support in 2016??

I'd just burn a copy of whatever os you want to upgrade to on dvd and use that

afaik legacy update also works on vista (i tested in on a virtual machine)
