Soo... I'm really new to gardening, I've recently gotten into it because my family has a small garden in the backyard of our house, and I want to start growing plants that aren't just fruits / vegetables and learning all about said plant!

Hello! I just joined this group, My parents were really into gardening, and I've only just started being quite interested in picking it up as a hobbie, but honestly I'd recommend flowers, not roses since they sometimes grow randomly and need a lot of maintenance but like simple flowers like daisies should be easy to start with :) hope this helps!
