I agree that sov is the most logical, but not cuz the verb is least important. The subject and verb are more important than the object so i think it makes most sense to have them be on opposite ends.

I speak Spanish, which is why SVO is what feels most intuitive to me, but I think I would prefer VOS, because at least for me, what happens matters more, then to whom, and lastly who causes it.
