How do I enable VT-X?

I want to run Windows 8.1 on VirtualBox. I've enabled Windows Virtualization Platform, Hyper-V, Virtualization in my BIOS atd. But it says that VT-X missing but I couldn't find anywhere. Can someone help? (My Laptop is HP EliteBook 8540w running Reunion 7 aka modded Windows 10 LTSC)

VT-X? Never heard of it.

Get VMware, their workstation got free a while ago iirc and never told me of VT-X
