Did you ever get sad at a restaurant closing?

We had a local place called “Nightmare” that was basically Halloween all year round lol. I liked all their burgers, tried a new one each time I visited. They’d try to stay on theme with green or purple sauces, tangy and spicy.

It closed down right at the start of covid. Felt like losing a lover! Do you have a restaurant or even a cafe that you liked close down? What was it?

there was a boba n coffee place i used to go to about an hour away, that had really good egg puff waffles with condensed milk on the side, and spam musubi that wasn't too salty!!! and the prices were really good for the portions you got. they were always so kind too; one time i got a large order, and even though they were out of bags, they had me walk out of the store with a box for all of the goodies.

the space was also decorated with all these cute little plants and fairy lights, and they had the most adorable chalkboard doodles to draw people in. i visited them like... right when the pandemic ended, and it was such a relaxing place to be in. they closed last year, i think. tbh they're the only good boba place in their particular small area, so i miss them a lot :(

We had an all-you-can-eat buffet in Adelaide called Charlie's. I loved going there as a kid, unfortunately it burnt down :(((
