I need help adding a new table section thingy!!! :(

OK so I'm bad at explaining stuff umm I took a screenshot xD
Basically, I wanna do this:

I can do it on inspect element but I can't figure out how to actually make it show up like this on my profile :( I think I've seen a couple accounts that have extra tables like this, but I can't remember. Is it even possible to actually achieve this properly? I'm assuming it would be... ya? :P
