Ooo if you haven't already read it, I think 100 Years of Solitude (Gabriel Garcia Marquez) is phenomenal! For some classic sci-fi lit that's pretty thought provoking I liked Solaris (Stanisław Lem). The Fire Next Time (James Baldwin) and Invisible Man (Ralph Ellison) are very solid American literary fiction that focus more on social issues. Slaughterhouse-Five (Kurt Vonnegut Jr.) is fun for a more experimental read. One of my favorites of all time, though, is Norwegian Wood (Haruki Murakami). However it's a very sad book so I wouldn't recc it if you're not in a good headspace :((
