Need help with bulletin layouts!!!

Hi so im wondering what the deal with these is??? When i try to add my blog layout or other layouts that say they're for bulletins it looks completely normal when i'm writing them, but when i post them nearly all of the theme is deleted basically except for some text colors. The onky working layout i've found so far is https://layouts.spacehey.com/layout?id=37269, and when i try to add my profile's tv static filter instead of theirs, and floating profile effect, they just. don't show up???? When i don't see any glaring differences in the code that would make that happen. so what do i have to do to make bulletins not delete everything i try to chnage, i don't get it-
