- liking pineapple pizza isnt an unpopular opinion anymore and people should really stop pretending it is. like i swear i see more people say they like it than not

- none of the shit that happens on social media matters, everyone forgets the latest drama in 2 weeks max, people just thrive off of contriving negative things happening when frankly we're all miserable enough as is. im tired of hearing about people i dont know sitting on tiktok complaining about things i dont care about

- most people who claim to support minorities are being performative or are only willing to do the absolute bare minimum before they go back to being hateful and defensive about the harm their actions cause. or maybe im just extremely cynical with the political climate we're in right now. but going off personal experiences and the things ive seen i really dont think i am

- the direction that technology is rapidly heading in is actually terrifying and i am very very scared 

- uhh instant ramen is gross. sorry. it tastes like cardboard. i love authentic ramen i just dont like instant. instant mac and cheese is also nasty even though homemade is delicious. tbh artificial sawdusty food is just completely garbage in general

- i dont like fast food either

- people who eat meat tend to be just as if not more annoying about vegans and vegetarians than most vegans and vegetarians are about meat eaters. and i say this as someone who is a meat eater. 

- you should actually just be nice to people. it's actually not cool or quirky to be an unkind person. you're better than that if only you'll let yourself be.

Most anime are kinda bad or just straigth up overrated

If u cant do normal activities like eating, waiting, etc without a phone you have a SERIOUS  problem

If you are a extremely picky eater (whithout a good reason) its probably your fault and the food isnt actually that bad

-Not knowing actors by heart and just enjoying a movie is okay (literally i dont know most actors tbh. Maybe a handful, I genuinely couldn’t care less who is acting as long as they can act good)

-dogs are not man’s best friend (sorry dog people, I just personally cant stand dogs :’3 im scared of them)

-Being friends with your ex while dating someone else is not a bad thing/red flag just as long as you dont cheat (not defending cheaters, but its not the end of the world to be friends with someone you used to date ️️🙏🙏)

-Sympathy is more helpful than empathy because it can let you feel pity for another person, while also not letting their emotions drag your emotions down so you can keep a clear head and provide constructive assistance.

-Gatekeepers are ANNOYING

Here's a very unpopular one that always opens up a can of worms when I mention it between my friends:

If you're still actively using Twitter or Facebook, for any reason, you're benefitting people who are hellbent on destroying society due to them constantly pushing hate and divide between people as a retention mechanism to collect more data, push the "dead internet" theory further into reality, and show you more ads. You are part of the problem.

You could move to any other platform on the internet (SpaceHey, Bluesky, Mastadon, Newgrounds, etc), but you are either so addicted to algorithms that take away your choices and agency, or you refuse to let go of numbers on your posts due to the dopamine and validation it gives you, because you know it's difficult to build a social presence or a personalized feed again on another platform that may not have an algorithm to boost you to an audience for free, or use all the data platforms collect to spy on you to show you what you want to see all the time.

If you're a content creator, specifically an artist, who are still primarily on these sites. I do not respect you.

• People who GENUINELY believe that white is the "superior race" or women were CREATED less capable are brainwashed. How can you believe people who have different coloured skin are less than when science literally tells you that we look different solely because of the different climates and countries we came from. And as humans/animals who follow natural selection why would women be made to be weaker? Would our bodies not want us to live as long as possible therefore be as strong as possible?

• pb&js are mid. i had them way too much for lunch and now the smell of whole wheat bread repulses me.
• mayonnaise is so gross.
• i never liked when people used "yr" rather than "your." you sound like you wanna be like kim gordon. (i kind of do too, to be fair.)
• baseball is my favorite of the big 4 sports. but on some days it's basketball.
• people with neopronouns/xenogenders get too much shit. they're usually just kids trying to find themselves, let them be.
• people who believe everything they see on the internet are the most annoying people in the world. they should realize that the real world is less chaotic than it seems like it is in their mind.

I always though the hate against pineapple in pizza was the majority and the weirdo ones being those of us who actually like it, since I see everyone talking ill about such a pleasant combination.

Anyways, just a few random unpopular opinions:

* FF7 was the start of a decline in the Final Fantasy franchise

* Fully programmed/MIDI music sounds and nice and can be interesting in its own even for genres that aren't socially accepted for that (talking mostly about metal and similars)

* You don't need to be a book devourer to be an inteligent person

* When travelling around the world, the most interesting is not the typical touristic places everyone wants to go to, but the more natural, calm places (caves, forests, mountains, etc)

* It's okay not to be online 24/7

Creed and just (CERTAIN) post-grunge bands in general are overhated asf in the grunge community.
