Personally, mine was Kaedes. The surprise of her death was really twisting, and I really didn't expect it. I mean, a protag dying, who could've expected that?

Leon's execution is my favorite since it's the one most memorable to me. It really set the tone for the series. I also think Kirumi and Kaeda's deaths were also done really well. Kaede's execution was definitly a shock!
