I'm a really big fan of retro 80s horror movies, but my favorites would have to be:
1.) The Lost Boys
2.) The Changeling (1980)
3.) Misery
4.) Gremlins
5.) Silver Bullet

Creepshow (1982). And I say that with 10000% certainty. The visual style, the music... everything lines up so well that I would even go as far as to say it's one of my favorite movies of all time, in general. And that's high praise.

Carrie 1976.
The movie is soooo good. The part when the blood falls on Carrie is perfect.
Its my favorite horror movie bcs its "sacry" psychologically and also visually.
Other i can think is "El día de la bestia", its an spanish film, was made in 1995 and has the combination of comedy-horror, i recommend it!!!

Omg, I love Ginger Snaps 1 and 2!!!!!! I honestly think Ginger Snaps 2: Unleashed is my absolute favorite horror movie. It's a movie I go to when I'm feeling really bad lol
Some of my other favs are:
Thirteen Ghosts (I LOVE MATTHEW LILLARD)
All the Scream movies (classic)
X and Pearl (so excited for MaXXXine!!!)
Rob Zombie's trilogy (very fun drinking movies lol)
Jennifer's Body (I feel like every girl should watch this movie once lol)
Bride of Chucky (I'm a huge Jennifer Tilly fan lol)
The Blair Witch Project 1 and 2 (I love the aesthetic and cheesiness of the 2nd one, plus it has a great soundtrack)
Mama (another movie I watch when I'm sad lol)
There's so many more horror movies that I love, if anyone wants to chat horror movies hmu!

this is a film "children of the corn"
It is not scary at all in the usual sense, but if you think about the crimes that children commit in real life, it becomes creepy. You can't know if your child is planning to harm you, and if so, why? If the one who tells him to hurt you?
