I also enjoyed Evil Dead 2, The Conjuring, Don't Breathe, Jaws, Alien, A Quiet Place, Midsommar, Circle and Train to Busan.

Hereditary 10000% it has everything I love all in one. Supernatural, cults, gore, etc.
The scenes where Annie is possessed and is climbing all over the walls where you can just barley see her. Horrifying. Theres so many parts where you have to say wtf (in a good way) and thats why its not only my favorite horror movie, but my favorite movie in general.

I think it's "the exorcist", "ju-on: the grudge", "carrie" and "sweeney todd" if that counts.
Also "the other lamb" was pretty interesting.

Ginger snaps is soo good and i think it has jennifers body beat because they look like teenagers, but i wouldn't put two queens up against each other!! my personal fav is hellraiser but i love clive barkers work..

hello! my favorite scary movie are Nightmare on Elm Street: Dream Warriors and Bride of Chucky. I lowkey grew up with horror movies so I was able to just re-watch these movies a bunch of times which made me fall in love with them.

Easily the Original 1996 Scream!! It was a fucking masterpiece with how self aware it is and it had such good characters and one insanely creative kill right before the end sequence!!! I will Never stop raving about this movie... EVER!!!

So good to see Ginger Snaps fans, I love that movie so much!! I also really love Candyman (1992) and a movie called Stagefright / Aquarius (1987). It has multiple names for whatever reason, I don't see it talked about much but I enjoyed the aesthetics and music of it for a slasher movie.
