going to buy land soon, and on that land i want to build my own house, im talkin leveling the dirt out myself type build my own house.buuut, assuming i had more then enough personsl help, would that just be too much for a group of people with common sense and intelligence but no real background or skill in any type of house building work?
or do we think its obtainable / can offer any help or tips ?
