I got my helix pierced about a year ago, it still has bumps from behind and like, bubbles(?) of puss(?) above it. My piercer sadly wasn't hygienic and it was done with a piercing gun. Any tips on how to heal it??

It depends of your body, but if others piercings has healed nice (and more if other piercing in the same ear of the helix) maybe you need some other things like deep cleaning, change the helix to another helix, it may be the material or even you need some medicines, personaly i need some medicines to help the healing of my septum sooo.. i recomend you check the list of this things or Also get help from another piercing professional
