Soreption (Norwigion death metal)

Unamused Dave! They're a midwest emo/math rock band local to my town and in the year that I've known them they've quickly become one of my favorite bands of all time. They haven't been able to tour in a few years what with COVID and other life things happening, but they've generally been around. Woodlawn is pretty universally recognized as their best song, but their new song Fmyabop!!! which released in June pretty much blows it out of the water in every way imaginable, it's insane. I hope they're able to play more shows and get back on the road soon, they were planning to this summer and fall but they've had some personal stuff go on that has prompted a bit of an indefinite hiatus. I love them to death and I want everyone else to too

ORIGAMI are an amaziiiiing band, and they're on spotify, not too well-known, they deserve more love!! <3

Clunge Destroyer, Deathhawk, Gunfire 76, Naughty zombies, and The Plague are all so great I recommend . ( For goth, rock, and punk listeners )

the lunachicks are a nineties punk-rock/riot grrrl band that i love as it right now!! they're good if you enjoy bikini kill, sleater-kinney, babes in toyland, et cetera.

I just recently found out about DoubleVee. They seem to have a decent following on spotify and are verified, but not many people know about them. idk but i think they're pretty cool. 

For emo bands Texas Ranger (their music is no longer on spotify or bandcamp but its on YT!), Mcafferty, Modern Baseball, Hot Mulligan. 

For vkei because i LOVE visual kei: The Madna, UNiTE, Zera, Zombie, Nigai

The Jetzons, great early 80s band from Arizona, I have found literally not a single soul who knows anything about this band at all.

toxic lipstick! an "australian pop/punk duo" mayb ppl don't like their songs at first but after a few relistens you start liking them. my fave songs from them are obsteshun, truth dare, itchy balls, i smoke my vomit, horse 4eva, tracy's slumber party, and best friends

they r just some funny gals and their songs are short so give them a try :)

ATM, Bury your idols they're a Florida band that make scream/pop punk music reminiscent of 2000s style.

I recommend listening to Boxcutter romance its such a good song imo.

I have this one band I really like a lot that only has their music on youtube(as far as I know) atm!! They are called Animal Daydream they have a song called Citrus that is really good! I really recommend them!:))

some underground-ish bands i recommend are drown the planet, dark divine, framing hanley and seeyouspacecowboy :))

I would say mine are sort of underground, but at the same time they did have hits, but no one really talks about them.

Duffy: She has such a unique voice, and she just has these songs that hit you in your core. Warwick Avenue, and Delayed Devotion are a few of my favorites. The Warwick Avenue music video is very "haunting" I would say. The song is about a break up, and how when she gets to Warwick Avenue, that will be the last time they ever see each other. So it's her in a car just singing on her way to Warwick Avenue.

The Pretty Reckless: THE PRETTY RECKLESS AHHHHHHHH. The lead singer may not know who she is. Her name is Taylor Momsen. She was a childhood actress, and she played Cindy Lou Who in the Jim Carrey Grinch movie. Well, now she's a badass rockstar. My favorite song by this band would have to be Under The Water. It's such a good song like you can hear all the emotions all at once.

Dehumanizing itatrain worship, they're a slam band from china and I think they're amazing. I'm pretty sure they're coming out with a new album this year and its cool because their albums covers are sick, its anime girls covered in blood. Extra points because their music is just sick, I don't know how much further I can elaborate

i found these bands and i thought they were rlly cool , unrecovery , they are gutting a body of water. 

blue smiley. relatively obscure fuzzy indie rock/shoegaze group. theyre not active anymore due to the lead singers passing, but the two albums they managed to put out before then are absolutely worth a listen
